For most people the form, mobile OTP and account confirmation finish in under three minutes. You need a working mobile number, an email address and your preferred payment method to hand before you start.

You can register with UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay as your primary deposit method. All four are available from the cashier from the moment your account is confirmed, and you can add a secondary method later.

Wait 60 seconds and request a resend from the verification screen. If the second attempt fails, check that the mobile number you entered matches your SIM. Still no OTP — open live chat and we can verify your number manually.

Access depends on local law in your state. Where local law permits, you can create and use a full account. We recommend checking the rules that apply in your specific region before completing registration.

Click the forgotten-password link on the login screen, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send. The link expires after 15 minutes. If you no longer access that email, contact support to verify identity another way.

We share data only with the payment processors needed to clear your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with identity-verification partners required for withdrawal checks. We do not sell or share data with marketing companies.

After repeated failed attempts the account is automatically locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. After that window you can try again, or contact live chat to unlock it immediately once your identity is confirmed.
